Become a Member

ILP members will gain the opportunity to provide high-quality online events, with attention to EDI, for their library patrons at an equitable cost. These virtual events will connect communities and audiences across the state through shared event experiences and program resource sharing.

This season's membership fee includes:

  • Participation in at least 12 shared programs over the course of September 2022-June 2023, with dozens of other libraries across the state. This season's membership will include two youth or young adult events.

  • Suite of marketing materials and high quality graphics to be shared by all participating members

  • High quality event production

  • Access to ILP’s large-scale Zoom account for additional collaborative events your library would like to spearhead ($25 per use)

How to become a member:

  1. Submit a 2022-2023 season membership interest form on behalf of your library by July 31st 2022.

  2. Have your library’s board sign the Inter-Governmental Agreement and submit the completed agreement to by August 31st 2022. Libraries with an IGA on file will only need to fill out the Membership Interest Form.

  3. RAILS will invoice Libraries in September 2022. Members will submit their membership fee to RAILS.
